This is a WW2 brass and enamel quasi-official lapel badge won by uniformed American civilians of the S.H.A.E.F. Psycological Warfare Division. The badge which measures 31mm by 21mm and is in excellent condition and is complete with its post-screw and spinner fixing. The back is stamped with the maker’s name “ROBBINS CO – ATTLEBORO”, Massachusetts .
